What to expect from your PADI Freediving course.

Our PADI Freediving courses consist of four parts.
  1. E-learning - a series of online learning modules for students to use in order to familiarize themselves with freediving.
  2. Classroom - the instructor will go over knowledge review, discussing information presented during the PADI Touch, and answer any questions students may have.
  3. Confined Water - usually done in a pool or other shallow body of water, students will practice static and dynamic apnea, and safety techniques surrounding these disciplines.
  4. Open Water - students will work on the depth portion of the freediving course, as well as practice safety skills and procedures.
